On Friday, November 5th, Judge Wynne Carvill issued a ruling (linked below) regarding the termination of Stage 3 child care program. In essence, the ruling is an order to continue the stay until a new notice of action is released by the CDE.
Alternative and contract agencies have been advised by the CDE to maintain families in their current child care program and rescind previous termination notices of action. Basically, it is to be “business as usual” under further notice.
