According to the California Alternative Payment Program Association (CAPPA):
“Yesterday, there was a discussion between the plaintiff attorneys representing Parent Voices (Oakland chapter), CDE and Judge Carville. The outcome from that discussion was a cancellation of the November 23, 2010 hearing date. Another hearing date is set for February 2, 2011. It is important not to read to much into this outcome.”
So for the time being, it is BUSINESS AS USUAL with no disruption to the services being provided to Stage 3 families!!
