AFFINITY GROUP DESCRIPTIONS AND ESSAY PROMPTS
Using a maximum of 350 words, please share your story by selecting one of the affinity groups. Each affinity group is designed to capture diverse experiences from current CalWORKs students. You are only required to select ONE affinity group from the list below.
To learn more about each of the six affinity groups, please take a moment and read the descriptions and essay prompts. If you need assistance in writing your essay, please connect with your CalWORKs Director/counselor from your respective college for support.
